Residents in our Memory Care community are given the freedom to live fully and comfortably with licensed skilled nurses on site 24/7, private residences, programming to keep them engaged, and every feature to help them feel safe and secure.

Nichole Will is the Executive Director of Charter Senior Living in Moline, bringing over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. With a degree in social work, Nichole has developed a profound passion for senior living and thrives in connecting with both families and residents. Her extensive experience and compassionate approach make her an invaluable leader, ensuring that Charter Senior Living remains a supportive and nurturing environment for everyone involved.
Throughout her career, Nichole has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership. She has held various roles, including Director of Social Services, Sales and Marketing Director, and Executive Director, showcasing her versatility and dedication. Her passion for helping others shines through, not only in her professional life but also in her personal life, as she continuously strives to bring light and positivity to those around her.
At home, Nichole lives on a farm with her husband, Dareck, and their two boys, where they enjoy a fulfilling rural lifestyle. Their sons have a special interest in raising chickens and selling eggs, reflecting Nichole’s values of nurturing growth and providing support. Outside of work, Nichole enjoys traveling, reading, shopping, and maintaining an organized home and office.
Her leadership at Charter Senior Living has been instrumental in creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. With her caring and dedicated approach, Nichole continues to make a significant impact, enhancing the well-being of everyone within the Charter Senior Living community.
Ali MacDonald – Sales & Marketing Director
Ali initially got into the senior living industry because of her experience with her grandfather. As she watched him age, she saw firsthand how important it is to have the right support and care in place. That experience opened her eyes to how difficult it can be for families to find the right resources, and how important it is to have compassionate and quality care for older adults. It was during this time that she realized how much she wanted to help others go through similar situations. She now has over 13 years’ experience in the senior living industry.
Ali loves senior living because it provides a sense of community where people can form meaningful connections and friendships. It offers a safe and supportive environment, which allows seniors to maintain their independence while also receiving the help they may need. It’s a place where life continues to be fulfilling and vibrant.
